Stacy Hall, Owner and Founder Fibromadness
Stacy Hall, who thinks most bios are pretty boring, wants to live in a world where the house cleans itself, we get to wear the superhero costumes we’ve already earned. A wife, mom of 2 with a background in healthcare, she took health into her own hands and started researching to find answers to her own health struggles. Her research turned into a website and meetups that turned into an amazing community (starring you!).When she’s not reading medical information , creating ideas for meetups, or working on the website, you can find her hanging out with her family and friends or watching classical movies.
Why the Name “Fibromadness?”
It all started in 1997, with fibromyalgia. Soon after came diagnoses of bursitis, anxiety, osteoporosis, NASH,IC, Diabetes 2,Raynaud's phenomenon, Sjogren's syndrome and IBS. The information out in the world was hard to find and understand on my new diagnosis. So I called it "Fibromadness" since the illness is madness all the time. Her goal, and the goal of Fibromadness, is to share what she knows with you, and to create a community for you to share the journey (since we’re all always learning and growing).
Note from Stacy:
I’m not a doctor or a lawyer , I’m just woman who is super passionate about creating a place that helps with the good days along with the bad. So I have compiled a checklist of the things in a Fibromadness Survival Kit and I’d love to give it to you. Just enter your email address here and I’ll send it your way. Don’t worry- I hate spam more than you, so you can unsubscribe at any time.
But enough about me, I want to know about you! Come join the amazing community around here, say hi in the comments of a post that looks interesting to you and tell me about how you ended up here!
